I don't think there are any winrate stats publicly available, but soulfist is a good class in PvP in my opinion. It has really strong burst. Deathblade, shadow hunter, berserker, sorc are really fun to level, because they don't require you to think at all during the leveling phase, it's just a straight playstyle with eye-candy skills. Nice, that sounds right up my alley. Sorc looks super fun but I worry the experience may be too similar to artillerist. My favourite class is arcanist, but it's not really a good choice for a new player. Very investment heavy and takes quite a bit of practice to pilot it.
