Davinci resolve grab still greyed out

I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. I've noticed some of my clips are greyed out in the timeline I created, but still seem to active and playing (see photo -- Video 5 track on timeline), while other clips are highlighted. Checks to see if I'm using DaVinci Resolve. If so continue.. Checks to see if I'm on the Edit page (as in the Edit page icon at the bottom is in color and not greyed out). If so continue.. Types the following keys: V, Left arrow, cmd+Y, cmd+B, cmd+Right arrow, shift+R, cmd+DHello, sometimes I need a single frame as a kind of snapshot out of a clip. Let's explain: I need to take a source clip into the source viewer, Jog/Dial to a specific frame in the clip, the I need to export this single frame as an image (TIFF /JPG / BMP or whatever) How can I do this in Resolve from the Edit Tab / Timeline ? If you have launched Resolve after you have the iMac acting as a second screen, and the Dual Screen menus are grayed out, then apparently Resolve does not think that's an actual second screen. In DaVinci Lite 11, you have to select the “Edit” tab to export XML. However, do know that any color information will not transfer over if doing XML. Select the Blade tool and cut the clip on the playhead. Move one frame forward with the right arrow key. Cut the clip on the playhead. Zoom in to see better.
